Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Audiology
- Compassionate, responsible & willing to learn
- English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage)
- Good communication skills
Key responsibilities
- Conduct hearing assessments
- Recommend suitable hearing solutions
- Hearing aid fitting & follow-up
- Patient counselling
- Support daily clinic operations
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Audiology
- Compassionate, responsible & willing to learn
- English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage)
- Good communication skills
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients
- Schedule appointments
- Register patients and maintain records
- Answer calls & patient enquiries
- Follow up with patients
- Support audiologists & clinic operations
