As a SoundLIFE Audiologist, you’ll guide patients through their entire hearing journey — from the very first assessment to a fitted, life-changing solution — as a trusted expert and a caring point of contact.
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Audiology (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Compassionate, responsible and genuinely willing to learn and grow with us
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong added advantage for serving our community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, patient-first attitude
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Recommend and clearly explain suitable hearing solutions tailored to each patient's needs and lifestyle
- Perform hearing aid fittings, fine-tuning and programming, with attentive ongoing follow-up care
- Provide patient and family counselling to support adjustment and long-term hearing success
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records

As a part-time Clinic Assistant, you’ll be the warm first face our patients meet — keeping the clinic running smoothly and making everyone who walks in feel cared for, every Saturday.
Who we're looking for
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a plus)
- Basic computer skills — email, appointment scheduling and simple record-keeping
- Friendly, responsible and eager to learn; patient and caring with elderly patients
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist patients as they arrive
- Schedule, confirm and manage appointments
- Register patients and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Answer phone calls and handle patient enquiries
- Follow up with patients on appointments and reminders
- Support the audiologists and assist with smooth daily clinic operations
