- JPA (Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam)
Eligibility:
- Civil servants and their dependents.
- Children under 18 or still in education.
Covers:
- Provides subsidy for hearing aids.
How to Apply:
- Get a referral letter from a government hospital or ENT clinic.
- Application will be processed by Government Hospital Audiologist and submitted to JPA.
- JKM (Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat)
Eligibility:
- Must be a registered OKU cardholder.
Covers:
- Financial support for assistive devices, including hearing aids.
How to Apply:
- Register with JKM and submit medical documents.
- Usually requires several quotations from licensed hearing aid providers.
- Submit JKM18 Form at the nearest district or state JKM office.
- PEKA B40
Eligibility:
- Malaysians aged 40+ under the B40 income group.

- Submit hearing test report and one (1) quotation from a LZS panel company.
- Obtained verification by an ENT doctor registered under MMC and NSR.
- ATM & JHEV (Angkatan Tentera Malaysia & Jabatan Hal Ehwal Veteran)
Eligibility:
- Active or retired military personnel
- Registered with ATM or JHEV
Covers:
- Hearing aid support for eligible soldiers / veterans
How to Apply:
- Apply via military hospitals or JHEV
