Alleya has over a decade of experience working as an Audiologist across various sub-industries within the field of Audiology. She has worked with Siemens Hearing Aid Manufacturer as a product audiologist, Medel Cochlear Implant Company, Manipal Private Hospital Klang, and several hearing aid centers as a Clinical Audiologist. This experience has enabled her to handle a wide range of hearing loss and tinnitus cases, with patients ranging from newborns to the elderly.

She is highly dedicated to running hearing awareness campaigns for the public because “Sound is Life.” Living in a world of sound can change a person’s lifestyle and personality. She has given talks on hearing awareness at churches, sports events, and collaborated with various NGOs in health programs. She also emphasizes the use of “Real Ear Measurement (REM)” – the Golden principle for fitting hearing aids at SoundLife, which uses specialized REM equipment for each user. She believes that fitting hearing aids at optimal levels using the correct methods will provide a higher level of satisfaction for the users.

Ms. Alleya had been featured in various medias such as The Star and Chinese newspapers (Xue Hai, Guang Ming, Xin Sheng Huo Bao, , 8TV live show, 988 morning radio talk show etc. In 2021, she was awarded as the Top Winner for the JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award by JCI CYEA Malaysia and received the Women Glamour Award in the Entrepreneur category.
